I spent 12 years at one of Canada's largest IT staffing firms, progressing from technical recruiter to Vice President, where I led teams responsible for a $130M+ annualized talent delivery portfolio. Recognized on the SIA 40 Under 40 list, I built my career placing and leading the delivery of specialized technology talent across data, AI, software development, product, and cybersecurity.
I loved the scale, but I saw where traditional enterprise staffing models could become rigid, with standardized processes and fee structures that don't always fit the needs of growing teams.
